Systematic schoolwide implementation of intrapersonal and interpersonal competencies requires buy-in, planning, training, coaching, and refinement structures to ensure sustainability and optimal student impacts. We have supported thousands of educators in districts across multiple states as they implemented and sustained the College & Career Competency Framework. Schoolwide implementation data show that when students learn and practice strategies for self-regulation, self-efficacy, assertiveness, and conflict management, they have improved course performance, stronger relationships, and fewer discipline issues.
