The College and Career Competency professional learning modules support teachers, school counselors, special educators, and other professionals in learning how to develop the competencies of Assertiveness, Conflict Management, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Regulation in their students. Each module provides an asynchronous, self-paced study of the competency that includes instructional activities, planning tools, video examples, and reflection opportunities that will prepare educators to provide competency instruction to students. As educators progress through the module, they will plan their competency instruction by documenting their thoughts and ideas in the Educator Workbook, which can be submitted for 9 continuing education credits (CEUs) per competency.
